  Logicenters property of 18 900 m² in Brunna Logistics Park is joined by a new tenant. From autumn 2023, the logistics company Edström Logistics will move into Logicenters modern facility on Mätarvägen.

   

  Now it is clear that the logistics company Edström Logistics will become a new tenant and move into Logicenters newly developed property in Brunna Logistics Park. It is a long-term agreement of 18 900 m² with special premises for handling dangerous goods.

   

  ”We are very happy about our long-term collaboration with Edström Logistics and welcoming them to our property in Brunna Logistics Park. We have followed them through decades, and we are impressed over their ability to develop with stability, where we, through our property, make it possible to lay the foundation for their continued strong growth”, says Fredrik Nygren, Commercial Manager at Logicenters.

   

  Brunna Logistics Park’s geographical conditions are well suited for warehouse and logistics operations. The strategic location close to Stockholm and E18 enables smooth deliveries and easy accessibility for customers and employees.

   

  “We are enthusiastic about our expansion in Brunna Logistics Park. We are aware of a rapidly changing logistics industry and a growing demand, as well as the constant growth of our company.   Edström Logistics will move to Logicenters property during autumn 2023, which means that all 29 000 m² are fully leased out.

  The development is underway for the new logistics property that Logicenters is developing for Frigoscandia in Hyllinge. The property’s storage area spans 36,000 m² and will be specially tailored for storage of food in multiple temperature zones. The facility is expected to be completed by the end of 2024.

   

  The logistics real estate operator Logicenters continues to expand its presence in Skåne county. In a new agreement with Frigoscandia, who previously operated at Landskronavägen in Helsingborg, Logicenters is now constructing their new logistics property in Hyllinge. Frigoscandia’s new facility will have capacity for refrigerated, frozen and dry goods. The property is located just outside Helsingborg, directly adjacent to both the E4 and E6 highways.

   

  ”We are thrilled to announce that the development for Frigoscandia’s state-of-the-art logistics facility has begun. It will be one of the largest refrigerated and frozen storage facilites in Sweden. The facility will serve as Frigoscandia’s future hub for the entire southern region of Sweden”, says Matthias Kettelhoit, CEO at Logicenters.

   

  The new 3PL center will be an energy-efficient facility featuring solar panels across the entire roof. The facility is being constructed in alignment with Logicenters ambitious sustainable profile, with the goal of achieving BREEAM Excellent certification for the property.

  Logicenters is continuing its journey of expansion and has now recruited twelve new colleagues in various business areas in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Germany. The company develops, owns and manage over two million square meters of logistics area in multiple countries and have plans to expand even further.

   

  The logistics property company Logicenters has grown steadily since 2005 and is today one of the largest providers of modern logistics properties in the Nordic region. The company is established in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Poland, and Germany. Over the past decade, Logicenters has completed numerous projects and over 600 000 square meters of logistics area. The company has high ambitions to further expand in all countries and has now hired twelve new employees to meet the growth.

  Logicenters has signed an agreement to acquire a logistics facility in Götene, located alongside the E20 just outside Lidköping. The facility has a total leasable area of 23,040 m² with baby food manufacturer Semper as the tenant.

  The property, Götene 3:54, is located adjacent to the E20 motorway and is an attractive property for modern logistics operations with good access to Göteborg, the Mälaren region and Stockholm. Logicenters has announced its acquisition of the 23,040 m² facility from CH Square, a joint venture between JBCC and Hökerum Fastigheter.

  The property also has potential for expansion with an additional 4,680 m² of warehouse space.

  “Logicenters is delighted to announce its acquisition of Götene 3:54, a move intended to strengthen our presence around Lake Vänern and the entire Mälaren region. We have extensive experience in investing in ideal locations for efficient logistics operations, something which is very relevant to this deal. The technological and property-specific features of the building also match up with our sustainability requirements; this was critical to the investment decision,” says Matthias Kettelhoit, CEO at Logicenters.

  Acquired on 7 February, the property’s tenant is Semper, a leading Nordic company in the production of baby food, gluten-free and infant formula. Semper also has a strong presence in the area with one of its production facilities located a stone’s throw away from the logistics property.

  Logicenters vahvistaa läsnäoloaan pääkaupunkiseudulla. Logicenters laajentaa rakentamalla huippumodernit tilat nykyisen toimipisteen yhteyteen Espoon Koskelon teollisuusalueelle. Laajennus sisältää 5 800 m² uutta varastotilaa, hankkeen arvioidaan valmistuvan keväällä 2023.

  Logicenters aikoo panostaa Koskelonkuja 4:ssä, Espoossa sijaitsevan kokonaispinta-alaltaan 15 830 m²:n logistiikkakiinteistönsä kehittämiseen, rakentamalla 5 800 m²:llä uutta modernia varastotilaa. Laajennuksen tieltä puretaan vanha toimistorakennus.

  Tämä on ensimmäinen Logicentersin Suomessa toteuttama hanke, jossa se purkaa olemassa olevan rakennuksen ja pystyttää sen tilalle uuden rakennuksen. Uudet varastotilat rakennetaan Logicentersin kestävän kehityksen tavoitteiden mukaisesti, kohteelle haetaan BREEAM-ympäristösertifikaatia ja se tulee höydyntymään tontille jo toteutettua syvälämpökaivoa (NREP – Geoterminen pilottihanke).

  ”Koskelonkuja 4:sen sijainti on erinomainen, sen kunnostaminen on meille erittäin tärkeää. Laajennuksen ansiosta saamme lisää nykyaikaisia tiloja tulevaisuuden vuokralaistemme käyttöön. Valmistuvat tilat tulevat höydyntämään Qheatin kanssa aiemmin tontille rakennettua syvälämpökaivoa lämmitykseen. Lisäksi pystymme pienentämään rakennusvaiheen päästöjä, sillä emme tarvitse erillisiä maanrakennustöitä kiinteistöä varten”, Logicenters Finlandin kaupallinen johtaja Jarkko Äikää sanoo.

  Olemme allekirjoittaneet sopimuksen kiinteistön kehittämisestä vastaavan rakennusyhtiö Firan kanssa. Koko hankkeen arvioidaan valmistuvan keväällä 2023.

  Kiinteistö sijaitsee Kehä III:n varrella, jota pitkin pääsee helposti Helsinkiin ja kaikkiin muihin eteläisen Suomen suuriin kaupunkeihin sekä Helsinki-Vantaan lentokentälle. Muita Koskelon alueella toimivia yrityksiä ovat mm. Byggmax, Avis, Sika ja Ruuki Express.

  After a long period of collaboration, both Menigo Foodservice AB in Strängnäs and Dustin AB i Rosersberg have reconfirmed their trust in Logicenters as a landlord. New leases have been signed for periods of seven and ten years, respectively. During 2020, Logicenters will further develop the properties to meet the tenants’ needs.

  After several years of cooperation, Menigo Foodservice AB and Dustin AB have chosen to renew their leases with Logicenters. Menigo has signed a seven-year lease with Logicenters and will remain as a tenant in the Bussen 5 property in Strängnäs – a modern logistics facility. The property is located between Södertälje and Eskilstuna, which is an excellent logistics location in close proximity to Stockholm and the Mälaren region. The modern building has an area of 27,500 m² and has been adapted to handle refrigerated, frozen and dry goods.

  Dustin continues to lease the property at Metallvägen 36 in Rosersberg, which is also located in one of the best logistics locations in Sweden alongside the E4 motorway and close to Stockholm, the Mälaren region and Arlanda Airport. Dustin has signed a ten-year lease with Logicenters and it will also invest in automation during the coming lease period. The logistics facility which Dustin will continue to lease meets all the criteria for a modern logistics operation. The leased area amounts to 22,500 m².

  “It is very pleasing that our tenants are so happy with us that they are choosing to enter into long-term contracts. The fact that Menigo and Dustin are extending their contracts for seven and ten years respectively is confirmation to us that our properties are attractive and can support their growth journeys. At Logicenters, it is always our aim to offer high quality and flexible properties in locations which are strategically suitable for logistics and we look forward to continued good cooperation with our tenants,” says Jonas Kennerhed, Asset Manager at Logicenters.

  The Menigo contract expires on 1 January 2021 and adaptations and improvements to the property will be carried out during 2020. The adaptations to the Rosersberg property will begin immediately and will be completed in 2020.

  Pohjoismaiden johtava logistiikkakiinteistöjen kehittäjä ja omistaja NREP Logicenters jatkaa kiinteistöportfolionsa vahvistamista Suomessa ja kehittää 18 300 neliömetrin kokoisen logistiikkakeskuksen Keravalle. Yhtiö on allekirjoittanut kymmenen vuoden vuokrasopimuksen logistiikkayhtiö Dachserin kanssa, joka vuokraa tilasta noin 4 600 neliömetriä. Kiinteistön on määrä valmistua vuonna 2020. 

  Logicentersin uusi 18 300 neliömetrin logistiikkakeskus rakennetaan Kercan logistiikka-alueelle Keravalle, keskeiselle paikalle Helsinki-Vantaan lentokentän sekä E75-moottoritien läheisyyteen. Lähellä sijaitseva Savion rautatieasema tarjoaa myös erinomaiset työmatkayhteydet Helsinkiin. Uudessa logistiikkakeskuksessa kiinnitetään erityistä huomiota energiatehokkuuteen. Keskuksen katolle asennetaan aurinkopaneelit ja keskus lämmitetään maalämmöllä. 

  Logistiikkayhtiö Dachser vuokraa tilasta noin 4 600 neliömetriä. Vuokrasopimus kattaa 4 000 neliömetriä läpivirtausterminaalia ja 600 neliömetriä toimistotilaa. Kiinteistön on määrä valmistua syksyllä 2020, ja sen rakentamisesta vastaa rakennusyhtiö Lehto Tilat Oy.

  Yhdellä pääkaupunkiseudun parhaista logistiikka-alueista sijaitsevassa uudessa logistiikkakeskuksessa on vielä noin 13 000 neliömetriä vuokrattavissa. Tilat ovat herättäneet jo kiinnostusta useissa alan toimijoissa.

• NREP develops 40.000 sqm warehouse for Aditro Logistics AB in Viared, Borås

  The building is the first to be constructed in the extended logistics area västra Viared along the highway in the direction of Gothenburg and will meet all aspects of a top modern logistic property. The building will contain a warehouse and office areas and will be designed according to the requirements of GreenBuilding.
