Logicenters continues to invest heavily in the Oslo region. The logistics property company is set to acquire one of the most modern logistics facilities in the Nordic region, with an area of approximately 18,500 m2. The tenant is ODA, formerly Kolonial.no, Norway’s leading provider of online grocery delivery. Logicenters is scheduled to take possession in the first quarter of 2022, which is also when ODA will move in.
Logicenters is continuing to strengthen its position as one of the Nordic region’s leading providers of modern logistics facilities with the acquisition of another property in the Oslo region. The tenant, ODA, previously branded as Kolonial.no, is Norway’s largest and leading provider of online grocery delivery. The property is located at Drammensveien 189 in the municipality of Lier and is an ultra-modern facility of approximately 18,500 m2 divided across two floors.

The new facility also has a clear sustainability profile, including a solar panel installation expected to generate approximately 1.1 GWh of renewable electricity per year. The property is also located in a geographically strategic location in the region, something which Logicenters values highly when acquiring or developing properties.

The new facility is located alongside the E18 motorway, 30 km outside the Oslo city centre. The facility is ODA’s second distribution centre in eastern Norway and is designed for a high turnover of goods and to meet the requirements for efficient delivery to customers in the region.

The property is being acquired from a number of shareholders and the deal has been led by Eneo Eiendom, which is the project manager for the development and sale of the facility.

Logicenters is expanding its cooperation with Axfood’s purchasing and logistics company Dagab. The parties have signed an agreement for the development and leasing of a logistics facility in Landskrona, Skåne. The 37,500 m2 facility is scheduled to be ready for Dagab to move into by the end of 2022.
Logicenters is continuing to expand its presence in the Öresund region. The logistics property company has now acquired a 96,000 m2 site, just west of the highway intersection Landskrona Södra, from the city of Landskrona. It has simultaneously signed an agreement with Dagab, Axfood Group’s purchasing and logistics company, for the development and leasing of a 37,500 m2 logistics facility to be built on the newly acquired site. This facility will become Dagab’s new national fruit and vegetable warehouse and is scheduled to be ready for occupation in the final quarter of 2022. The facility will be the second developed by Logicenters for Dagab. The first is a more than 100,000 m2 logistics facility in Bålsta which is now under development.
The new facility is located at Örja 1:23. The area is a well-established logistics hub in southern Sweden, in close proximity to the E6 and E20 motorways. This will be Logicenters’ third investment in Landskrona in just a short period of time. The company’s other tenants here include Sunclass Airlines ApS, Nagel-Group and NA-KD. Including the development of Dagab’s new warehouse, Logicenters will own almost 85,000 m2 of logistics space in Landskrona.

In line with Logicenters’ ambitious sustainability strategy, the development of the facility will focus on sustainability. As well as the option of installing solar panels on the roof, the property will also be environmentally certified in accordance with BREEAM Very Good.

Logistics property company Logicenters is expanding its presence at Vestby logistics park through both acquisitions and new developments. Over the next few years, Logicenters expects to increase its property holdings to more than 140,000 m2 in the area, which will become an important logistics hub in Norway. The company has also recently signed agreements with several tenants at the park.
Logicenters is significantly expanding its presence at Vestby logistics park in the Oslo region. In the last year the company has acquired two sites, 100,000 m2 at Toveien 21 and 27,500 m2 at Stormåsan 42. A total of 87,500 m2 of property is currently under development in the mentioned sites. In addition, Logicenters is also in the final stages of developing a 12,000 m2 facility at Torvuttaket 22.
Logicenters’ tenants in Vestby include Prime Cargo, Barnas Hus and HeltHjem Nethandel AS. The latter is one of Norway’s fastest growing companies within packaging and online trade distribution and will lease part of Logicenters’ property at Torvuttaket 26 from June 2021. A lease has also been signed with an international freight company at Toveien 21.

Logicenters is also currently in talks with several companies regarding the leasing of the remaining logistics spaces currently under development.
The groundbreaking ceremony has now taken place for Logicenters’ 16,000 m2 facility in Køge, south of Copenhagen, Denmark. The property, which is being built on speculation, is being developed with a strong focus on sustainability and is scheduled for completion in early 2022.
In 2020, Logicenters acquired a 160,000 m2 lot of land at Skandinavisk Transport Center, a Danish logistics park in Køge, south of Copenhagen. The logistics property company is planning to develop facilities for a total of 68,000 m² at the park. The first phase has now been initiated with the development of a 16,000 m² logistics facility, which is being built on speculation and is scheduled for completion in spring 2022. In line with Logicenters’ ambitious sustainability goals, available options will include the installation of solar panels on the roof of the facility.

Its proximity to Copenhagen and Malmö makes Køge a strategic hub for logistics and transport, especially as the E20, E55 and E47 motorways all pass through Køge. In addition, the port of Køge is only three kilometres away, giving easy access to excellent marine transport via the Baltic Sea.
Scandinavia’s leading company within flow technology, GPA Flowsystem AS, has moved into Logicenters’ property in Langhus, just outside Oslo. The lease agreement is for a 5,350 m2 section of the logistics property company’s facility.
The leading specialist in flow technology, GPA Flowsystem AS, has now become a new tenant at Logicenters’ property in Langhus, just south of Oslo. GPA now has an area of 5,350 m2 at its disposal. The property has a generic design and is equipped with all the necessary specifications for modern logistics operations. In addition to all the necessary indoor specifications, the property also has spacious outdoor areas which promote efficient traffic management and outdoor storage.

In terms of geography, Langhus is optimally located for logistics operations and is considered to be the most attractive logistics area in southern Oslo. Logicenters is to develop a 72,000 m2 logistics facility for Dahl Sverige AB in Bålsta, just north of Stockholm, with the two parties having already signed a lease agreement. The property will become Dahl’s new central warehouse and is scheduled for completion at the end of 2022. Logicenters has also acquired Dahl’s current 45,000 m2 logistics facility located in Kallhäll, between Bålsta and Stockholm.
Logicenters is ending the year with a major double deal while continuing to consolidate its presence in the Stockholm region. In Bålsta, Håbo municipality, Logicenters will develop a 72,000 m2 logistics facility for HVAC wholesaler Dahl Sverige AB. Logicenters will be responsible for the construction of the state-of-the-art, highly automated central warehouse – which is to be developed in close consultation with Dahl to ensure that all the company’s logistical needs are met.

Logicenters has also acquired Dahl’s current 45,000 m2 logistics facility located in Kallhäll, in the neighbouring municipality of Järfälla. It will take control during the first quarter of 2021, with Logicenters having an opportunity to expand the facility by up to 12,000 m2 in addition to the existing warehouse space. Dahl will continue to operate from the property until the new central warehouse in Bålsta has been completed.

In line with Logicenters’ high sustainability goals, the new property in Bålsta will have the environmental certification BREEAM Very Good. There will also be an option to install solar cells on the property’s roof. The existing warehouse in Kallhäll will undergo a sustainability inspection when Logicenters takes control.

NREP Logicenters continues to strengthen its position in the Oslo region with a record-breaking acquisition of one of the Nordic region’s most sophisticated distribution centers. The acquired property is a 27-metre high-quality property measuring 84,800 m2 let to the grocery retailer Coop.
The logistics property company Logicenters continues to establish and consolidate their presence in strategic logistics hubs in Norway. Right beside Oslo Airport, Logicenters has acquired a first-class 84,800 m2 logistics facility from Møller Eiendom and Stokke Industri. Norway’s second largest grocery chain, Coop, is the long-term tenant of the property. There is an opportunity to expand the facility further, and Logicenters is looking forward to explore development of the property together with Coop.

The partnership between Møller Eiendom and Stokke Industri has owned and developed the property since it was finalized in 2015. The investment was done with a five-year perspective.

Logicenters continues to strengthen its position in southern Sweden with the acquisition of a logistics facility in Landskrona in Skåne. The logistics property company has acquired e-commerce company NA-KD’s new 23,000 m2 logistics warehouse. The e-commerce company will continue to operate from the property.
Logicenters is continuing to establish and consolidate its presence at strategic logistics hubs. It has now acquired NA-KD’s 23,000 m2 logistics facility in Kronan Logistics Park, Landskrona. The e-commerce company, which recently moved into the property, will continue to operate from the site. It will also be possible to expand the facility by up to 9,000 m2 in addition to the space currently leased by NA-KD.

The acquisition of NA-KD’s logistics facility has enabled Logicenters to double its presence in Kronan Logistics Park to a total of almost 50,000 m2 of logistics space. Earlier this year, a 24,000 m2 facility was completed in the park, which is also included in the logistics property company’s property portfolio.

The groundbreaking ceremony for the property being developed by Logicenters in Kurikantie, Pirkkala took place on 23 October. The modern 4600 m² sorting facility will be leased to PostNord Oy, with which the logistics property company signed a lease earlier this year. Logicenters is also planning to develop an additional 7000 m2 warehouse onsite.
This summer, Logicenters announced that they had signed a lease with PostNord Oy in Pirkkala, Finland. The agreement involved the construction of a 4600 m² sorting facility which is to be ready for occupancy in the early summer of 2021. And now the groundbreaking ceremony for the new property has taken place. In addition to the sorting facility’s modern specifications, it will also be heated using geothermal energy, with the electricity being provided by solar power.

Earlier this year, Logicenters signed a lease with e-retailer and Borås company Care of Carl. The web-based menswear store is now moving into Logicenters’ facility in Viared, just outside Borås. Care of Carl has leased an area measuring approximately 12,000 m2, equivalent to half of the property’s floor space. Consequently, the remaining area is available for additional tenants.
E-commerce is currently breaking all records, with e-commerce companies experiencing almost explosive developments during 2020. The keys to Logicenters’ property in Viared, just outside Borås, have been handed over to web-based menswear store and Borås company Care of Carl, which is now moving into the property. The e-retailer’s new property has been equipped with all the technical specifications required for modern logistics operations. The facility’s technical solutions have also been adapted to suit the e-retailer’s operations.

Geographically speaking, Viared has an ideal location for logistics. Its proximity to Landvetter Airport and the major cities of Gothenburg and Jönköping makes it very attractive to a range of different sectors – not least fast-growing e-retailers. The area is also ranked as Sweden’s main area for logistics. With Care of Carl moving into half of the property, this means that the other half – approximately 12,000 m2 – is available for additional tenants, with the opportunity for rapid occupancy.
