Vinden AB has moved into Brunna Logistics Park

Logicenters’ facility in Brunna Logistics Park has welcomed its first tenant. Storage company Vinden AB has moved in, signing a long-term lease for 10,850 m2 of the property.

Back in 2017, Logicenters acquired land in Brunna, north of Stockholm, to begin strengthening its presence in the region. The logistics facility on the site has since been built on speculation. In December last year, it was announced that the fast-growing storage company Vinden AB had signed a lease for 10,850 m2 of the property’s total 35,000 m2.

The property at Mätarvägen 31 has now been completed and Vinden AB has received the keys to its new premises.

We at Logicenters are pleased to welcome Vinden to this property gem which offers great potential for development. Brunna is already an attractive area with proximity to Stockholm and the rest of the Mälaren region, which is a prerequisite for future logistics. The region is the country’s economic engine and Sweden’s largest consumer market, which will contribute to strong growth for Vinden,” says Victoria Ödmark, Commercial Manager at Logicenters.

The new tenant is delighted with the new property and the strengthened conditions for attractive logistics.

“First of all, I would like to thank Logicenters for its strong collaboration – I am very impressed with its expertise & flexibility. For us, the move to Brunna means that we can now switch up our operations by being able to offer even more Stockholm residents and companies our smart full-service storage solution. Both the choice of location and the function of the premises are crucial for fast and smooth service to our thousands of customers,” says Stefan Stoltenberg, COO at Vinden AB.
