NREP develops a new 20.000 sqm distribution centre for Dahl, a Saint Gobain company, in Stockholm

The agreement represents the second phase in the development of the approximately 75,000 sq m property Veddesta 2:88 in Järfälla North West of central Stockholm. The first phase was a development of a new 8.500 sqm hub and head quarter for UPS who took occupation of its building the last week of May. When the Dahl development is completed the site will be fully utilised.

The agreement further strengthens the location and will be an important piece in completing the Veddesta Logistics Park.
