The property includes a generic distribution center, built in several stages between 1991 and 2018. Approx. 2/3 of the building was constructed after 2007. The site offers possibility to railway connection into the building.
The property has since 2015 been heavily refurbished, including new concrete floors for 6 600 sqm of the warehouse space. The building now has modern specifications and fulfills all criteria to cater modern logistics operations.
Køge is located southwest of Copenhagen, with direct access to continental Europe both via Køge harbor (ferries to Germany) and via E47, E45 and E20.
