On a plot of approximately 23,000 sqm in the Nord industrial area of Kornwestheim, a new commercial property with state-of-the-art industrial and logistics space is being developed. The building will offer a total usable area of approximately 14,950 sqm, which can be divided into two independent units with warehouse and logistics areas of around 7,300 sqm and 5,500 sqm respectively. Both units will also include additional mezzanine and office space.
