Current development of approx. ~110,000 sqm in Bålsta, located approx. 50 km northwest of Stockholm CBD.

The warehouse will be a modern, high-bay and BREEAM certified warehouse with advanced automation for modern logistic operations. In addition to the facility’s modern specifications, solar panels will be installed on the roof, which is in line with Logicenters’ strategy on sustainability and energy efficiency.

The site is a logistically strategic location at Håbo Lundby 2:8, just outside Bålsta. In close proximity to the international airport, the E18 motorway and Stockholm, it is an attractive location for logistic operations. In addition, railway sidings run all the way into the site, which will facilitate the future transport infrastructure.
