Logicenters will develop FREJA’s new tailor-made logistics facility in Staffanstorp, with occupancy scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026.
FREJA Transport & Logistics continues to expand in the Swedish market. As part of the company’s strategic plan and forward-looking investment to strengthen its market position, a new logistics facility will be developed in a prime location in Staffanstorp.
The new facility is being developed specifically for FREJA’s operations and will comprise approximately 12,000 sqm, efficiently allocated for contract logistics (3PL warehousing), terminal handling and office space.

The property is planned to achieve BREEAM Excellent certification and will incorporate measures to reduce climate impact, including the installation of solar panels.
