NREP Logicenters, the leading developer and provider of modern logistics properties in the Nordics, announced today that it has signed three new lease agreements in Loviseberg, Stockholm and started a new development project in Torsvik, Jönköping
The signing of the three new lease agreements in Loviseberg south of Stockholm is with leading logistics operators Dachser and Bring as well as with food retailer Bergendahls , totalling roughly 20.000 sqm. “Loviseberg is virtually the only prime logistics asset along the E4 corridor South of Stockholm with close proximity to central Stockholm. The asset further stands out with roughly 80% temperature controlled space offering unique premises for the tenants. NREP’s strategy has been to find the right tenant for the building’s unique features. We have declined many interested parties while waiting for the right tenants. It has taken time, but we are now very happy to see all three of these strong tenants moving in to the property”, says Jonas Kennerhed, Asset Manager at NREP Logicenters.
NREP Logicenters also announces that it has started the development of a new Distribution Center in Torsvik, Jönköping. The first tenant moving into the property will be Kitron AB and NREP is now in discussions with multiple interested tenants for the remaining space at offer. “Our property in Torsvik is the only remaining large land plot in the area and has excellent ground conditions for cost efficient development as well as rail track access into the property”, says Jonas Kennerhed, Asset Manager at NREP Logicenters.
