NREP Logicenters acquires 25,000 sqm distribution centre in Kolding

NREP Logicenters acquires one of the largest logistics properties in
Kolding, which is occupied by VELUX A/S and used as their central
distribution centre for Europe. The property has an optimal location in
Kolding by the highway intersection E45/E20.

highway, in line with our strategy to develop and acquire modern
