Logicenters has signed a new lease agreement with DEXIS and will develop a state-of-the-art industrial and logistics facility in Tuusula, Finland. Construction is expected to begin soon, with completion scheduled for late summer 2026.
The facility, covering a total area of 11,400 m², will be located at Rykmentinportinkatu 3. This project presents an opportunity for Logicenters to expand its offerings beyond traditional warehouse facilities.
“We are very pleased to support DEXIS’ operations by developing a modern and sustainable property tailored to their needs. This project demonstrates our ability to develop a wider range of facilities beyond traditional warehouses. We also appreciate the smooth and solution-oriented collaboration with the municipality of Tuusula,” says Jarkko Äikää, Commercial Director, Logicenters Finland.
The new facility will meet Logicenters’ high sustainability standards, including geothermal heating, rooftop solar panels, and certification under BREEAM Excellent.
“This is an important step forward for DEXIS as we continue to grow and strengthen our operations. The facility’s modern and sustainable design will support our business needs and provide an inspiring work environment for our team. We appreciate the collaboration with Logicenters and the municipality of Tuusula, which has made this project possible,” says Leena Mäkisalo, Operations Director and Site Leader at DEXIS.
The facility at Rykmentinportinkatu 3 boasts a strategically advantageous location with excellent transport connections to Helsinki and other key areas of Finland.
“It is fantastic to see innovative projects like this taking shape in Tuusula. This initiative highlights how collaboration between the municipality, businesses, and partners can drive sustainable growth and create high-quality facilities that support the needs of forward-thinking companies like DEXIS. It is a significant milestone for our community and its future,” says Kalle Ikkelä, Mayor of Tuusula.
