Logicenters is continuing to establish itself in strategic logistics hubs throughout the Nordic region. The logistics property company has now acquired land in Nurmijärvi, Finland. The acquisition is for a 51,000 m2 large plot, giving Logicenters a total development site of 29,000 m2. A first property is scheduled for completion by the end of 2022.
Logicenters is currently strengthening its presence, preparing for further expansion in Finland. This time through the acquisition of land at Ilvesvuorenkatu 8 in Ilvesvuori, Nurmijärvi. The site totals 51,000 m2 and Logicenters plans to develop a modern logistics facility on 29,000 m2 of it. The logistics facility is being built on speculation and will be designed to accommodate three tenants at a time. The future facility will have a strong focus on sustainability, with both geothermal energy and solar panel options being available. A first property is scheduled for completion by the end of 2022.

Nurmijärvi is part of the capital region of Finland, strategically located close to both the Helsinki-Vantaa international airport and the E12 European motorway. The area is already home to companies such as DB Schenker and the location offers good transport links to both Helsinki and Tampere.
