The development is underway for the new property that Logicenters is developing in Horsens. The big investment in the area spans over a total of 41,500 m2 and the logistics property will be built in two stages.
The groundbreaking for Logicenters new property in Horsens is now made, and during the year the first stage of 20 200 m2 will be completed. Royal Unibrew, a Danish brewing company, will be the first tenant in the building with a warehouse of 8 200 m2. At the same time, 12 000 m2 will be ready for a new tenant.
”We are happy to announce the first ground break in Horsens, and the beginning of the development of our big investment. We’re also glad that we already have Royal Unibrew as a first tenant, as we still are looking to fill the other land with potential clients”, says Thomas Petersen, Commercial Manager at Logicenters.
The property will be strategically located near the E45 highway, with great transportation possibilities and a direct connection to both northern Denmark via Aarhus, and southern Denmark and Germany. By the end of 2025 Logicenters is expecting the second part of the property, covering 21 000 m2, to be completed.
