Logicenters has signed a new agreement with Skanska concerning the development and acquisition of a new property in Helsingborg. A modern logistics facility of 30,150 m2 is to be constructed with completion scheduled for the first quarter of 2020. The tenant PostNord TPL will also move in at this time.
An agreement has now been signed between Logicenters and Skanska concerning a 30,150 m2 logistics facility in Helsingborg. Development is being undertaken by Skanska and the property will be acquired by Logicenters. The property is scheduled to be completed in February 2020 and will have future-proof specifications to ensure it meets PostNord TPL’s operational requirements.
With an excellent location, the logistics facility is located in the well-established industrial district in Södra Väla in Helsingborg. With proximity to the E4 and E20 motorways as well as Sweden’s second largest container port, the property is located at a strategically important regional hub.
