NREP Logicenters has recently acquired 75 000 sqm in Moss, Norway. The plan is to start construction of 20 -25 000 sqm.
In January 2022, Logicenters signed a purchase agreement for a site in Moss, Norway for a total of 75 000 sqm, with takeover after compeltion of development. The site was ready in Q4 2022, and now the logistics real estate operator plans to start construction.
The company shall, without a tenant, begin the development of 20-25 000 sqm on speculation, with the aim of leasing the facility to one or more tenants during or after the construction period.
“We have rented out our entire portfolio of existing properties and want to add more square meters to the portfolio to be able to offer tenants a finished, modern and tailored product”, says Ruben Krantz Kringstad, commercial manager at Logicenters.
Logicenters plans for the property to be completely ready in mid-2024.
