Logicenters is specialized in the development of modern logistics properties, including both high clearance warehouses (DC’s) and cross docking terminals (CD’s). Our team and partners have successfully completed over 50 high end logistics / light industrial buildings over the last decade. The vast experience ensures a high execution capability and ability to work with tight deadlines yet with high quality and cost precision as a result.
Our development approach is based on an interactive dialogue with tenants to meet customized requirements, from decision process and throughout construction. At the same time we are also leveraging standardized solutions to minimize costs and maximize flexibility and sustainability, developed throughout multiple completed projects and years of experience working with leading logistics operators such as DHL, DSV, Bring, Itella, Aditro and PostNord among many others.
We hold land for development in a number of core locations (see examples below). In addition to that we have extensive relationships with municipalities and private owners of land ensuring access to land in important logistics locations.
