The logistics property company is continuing to develop its presence in the Copenhagen region. It has been announced that Bedrocan, a supplier of medical cannabis, will lease 13,000 m2 in Køge.
Two years ago, Logicenters acquired 160,000 m2 of land at the Danish logistics park, Skandinavisk Transport Center, in Køge, south of Copenhagen. The logistics property company is planning to develop facilities totalling 68,000 m2 in the park, which is now beginning to be filled with future tenants.
A long-term lease agreement has been signed between Logicenters and the Dutch company Bedrocan to lease 13,000 m2 in Egedesvej C, with occupancy scheduled to take place on 1 May 2023.

Bedrocan is the world’s most experienced producer of medical cannabis. Its high-quality cannabis is used worldwide by patients, drug developers and researchers. It operates two indoor growing facilities in the Netherlands and now one in Denmark (Køge). Bedrocan does not produce cannabis for recreational use.

Skandinavisk Transport Center’s proximity to the E20, E55 and E47 European motorways offers geographical benefits. Køge is also very close to Copenhagen and the port of Køge. Other major companies with a presence in the area include Lidl, Netto, Bring and Movianto.
Logicenters has now broken ground on Bring’s major e-commerce venture outside Copenhagen, with construction now officially under way. The facility will have a total area of 38,000 m2 with the Norwegian post and logistics company leasing 14,000 m2.
It was announced back in the autumn of 2021 that Logicenters was to begin its fourth development at its large 160,000 m2 site in Køge, four miles south of Copenhagen. The tenant at the facility will be logistics company Bring with its Shelfless investment. An initial contract has been signed for 14,000 m2 but with the ambition to double this area in the future.
The facility will be adapted in line with Bring’s investment in automated e-commerce logistics, enabling it to offer speedy and environmentally sound deliveries to its customers.

The new building will give Bring the opportunity to build its large-scale Shelfless auto storage solution in Køge. The system is a total solution where technology enables stores to focus fully on their sales while Bring manages all processes from purchasing to delivery.

It is great that construction is now under way and that we now have the start of Shelfless in Denmark in sight. Completion is expected in a year’s time. The logistics property company is continuing to expand in the Copenhagen region. Logicenters has now signed a lease with Danish logistics company Movianto. The lease is for a high-tech pharmaceutical warehouse with a floor area of 16,000 m2 and the facility is scheduled for completion during the third quarter of 2022.
Logicenters has now signed a lease with another tenant at Egedesvej in Køge, Denmark. The tenant is Movianto, a leading logistics company in pharmaceutical distribution. The long-term lease is for a high-quality pharmaceutical warehouse with a total area of 16,000 m2. As has been the case for Logicenters’ other properties in Køge, the warehouse will be built according to Logicenters’ clear environmental profile with the option to install solar panels on the roof.

The groundbreaking ceremony has now taken place for the facility that Logicenters is developing in Køge, Denmark. The cross-dock terminal will be leased to BHS Logistics, with whom the logistics property company signed an agreement earlier this year. The terminal will have an area of 6,700 m2 and is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2022.
During 2021, it was announced that Danish transport and logistics company BHS Logistics will be the first tenant at Logicenters’ new facility in Køge, just south of Copenhagen. At the Skandinavisk Transport Center logistics park, where the BHS Logistics terminal is located, Logicenters will develop additional logistics space of 60,000 m2. The new facilities will be developed in line with Logicenters’ ambitious sustainability goals with the opportunity to install solar cells to generate renewable energy.

Its proximity to Copenhagen and Malmö makes Køge a strategic hub for logistics and transport, especially as the E20, E55 and E47 motorways all pass through Køge. In addition, the port of Køge is only three kilometres away, giving easy access to excellent marine transport via the Baltic Sea.
Groundbreaking has now taken place in Køge, south of Copenhagen, where Logicenters is developing a 35,000 m² logistics property. The tenant who will be moving into the facility is PostNord TPL upon its completion, with which the logistics facility provider signed a lease earlier this year.
In July earlier this year, Logicenters announced that they had signed a lease with PostNord TPL in Køge, just south of Copenhagen. The agreement involved the development of a 35,000 m² logistics facility which is planned to be ready for PostNord to move into in the autumn of 2021. And now the groundbreaking ceremony for the new property has taken place.

The property will have a clear focus on sustainability and will be prepared for the installation of solar cells on the roof of the property as well as being BREEAM certified. This is in line with Logicenters’ strategy to develop sustainable facilities with lower carbon emissions and energy consumption.

Logicenters has acquired a 160,000 m2 site at the Danish logistics park, Skandinavisk Transport Center, in Køge to the south of Copenhagen. The area is approximately 160,000 m2 in size, with Logicenters’ buildings scheduled to account for around 70,000 m2 of this.

The proximity to Copenhagen and Malmö makes the Skandinavisk Transport Center a strategic location for logistics and transport, especially as the E20, E55 and E47 motorways all pass through Køge. A newly built railway station near the logistics park also provides excellent options for commuting to and from Copenhagen. In addition, the port of Køge is only three kilometres away, ideally located on the Baltic Sea, in close proximity to the Baltic countries. In the future, the Fehmarn Belt Fixed Link will also connect Køge to Germany and the rest of Europe.

The agreement includes the development of a 35,000 m² logistics property in Køge, just outside Copenhagen, which PostNord TPL will move into. The property is scheduled to be ready for occupancy in the autumn of 2021.
Logicenters is continuing to develop and strengthen its presence at strategic logistics hubs in the Nordic region and is now significantly extending its presence in Køge on Zealand, Denmark. The logistics property company has now signed a new lease with PostNord TPL, which also involves the development of a new 35,000 m² facility. The TPL property is scheduled to be ready for completion and occupancy in the autumn of 2021. Logicenters will serve as the developer for this project and this time will bring its trusted Swedish contractors across the strait.
